YTely offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
All prices are in USD. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank.
Your content: You retain all rights to the content you submit (URLs, scripts, summaries). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service.
Generated outputs: Metadata generated by YTely using your input is owned by you. You may use it freely for your YouTube channel or other purposes without restriction.
Our platform: The YTely platform, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Web Ninja Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
YTely uses AI to generate metadata suggestions. While we strive for quality, we make no warranties that generated content will:
You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it. Always verify that generated metadata accurately reflects your video content and complies with YouTube's policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Ninja Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or channel demonetization.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim to provide 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Web Ninja Solutions is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
